Stayed here as a base for triathlon event in Menen. Location was ideal. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good room size. Especially liked the thoughtful touches like water fountain and bottles to have cool fresh drinking water, homemade onsite honey at breakfast was delicious. Breakfast selection was superb. Beds were incredibly comfy.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby and bar area was very clean and well presented. We were welcomed by a gentlemen with a grey white beard who was excellent and very nice. We got a warm welcome! Coffee was amazing. Great value for money. Location was brilliant! vibrant area full of bars, restaurants and shops.

The location was perfect at less than a 60 second walk from the Grand Place. The staff also was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Well received by a very helpful staff. Did not use the hotel restaurant as we were visiting friends who lived locally.
